AUGUST 17-18 — Our staff and friends were able to participate in a 1 night 2 days trip to Busan sponsored by the Ministry of Unification. The trip was designed to raise awareness of the history of Busan and the plight of Korean War refugees. The program was hosted by the city of Busan and Busan Hana Center. These photos were taken at the Provisional Capital Memorial Hall in Busan. Busan was the provisional capital of South Korea during the 6.25 Korean War. The artifacts preserved in the museum portrayed what life was like during the war.
